Alright, so I was checkin' out joblo.com today, and came across this article for an upcoming film that sounds so odd yet cool I just had to post it here. Apparently this Dansih guy named Tor Fruergaard has put together a short film about Zombies set in the old west featuring puppets as the cast. Here's the plot summary:
"Virgil lives in a saloon in the wild west. Nobody takes him serious, neither his father or the two cowboys Eddie and Hank. One day the saloon is attacked by zombies. Will Virgil ever proof to be anything but a whimp? And who’s the Dark Butcher? 17 minutes of great zombie-splatter-cowboy-western inspired by Sergio Leone, torn apart by director Tor Fruergaard."
Right now the film is completely in Danish but they're working on a dubbed over version. Check out the films trailer on youtube here, and the films official site here. Unfortunately the site is compleltely in Danish as well.
As far as Bash of the Dead goes you can expect to see part three up sometime just after midnight central time. Right now I'm trying to hit up as many zombie/horror related message boards to get the word out about this little project we've got going on. I've also added a table of contents over there on the right and a link to the next part at the end of every one. Hopefully these things will make the story a little easier to get at in the right order. See ya in a bit.
